Student Referral Program Policy
Purpose
The Horizon Leadership Academy Student Referral Program is designed to encourage our community members to help grow our school by referring new students. This program rewards individuals for their contributions to expanding and enriching the Horizon Leadership Academy.
Eligibility
1. The referral program is open to:
- Current parents or guardians of enrolled students
- Staff members
- Alumni and their families
- Community members affiliated with Horizon Leadership Academy
2. Referred students must:
- Complete the registration process and be fully enrolled.
- Remain enrolled and in good standing at Horizon Leadership Academy at least until September 30th, 2025.
Referral Reward
1. Referrer Reward:
- The referrer will receive $500 for each successfully referred student.
2. Reward Distribution:
- Rewards will be distributed after verifying that the referred student has met all eligibility criteria, including remaining enrolled until September 30th, 2025.
- Payments to the referrer will be issued within 30 days after eligibility confirmation.
Referral Process
- During the registration process, the referred family must complete the “Referred By” section of the registration form, including the name and email of the referring person.
- Only one referring individual can be listed per student. If multiple names are provided, the reward will be allocated to the first listed referrer.
- Horizon Leadership Academy reserves the right to verify the referral details before issuing any rewards.
Terms and Conditions
- Referrals are only valid for new students who are not currently enrolled or previously enrolled at Horizon Leadership Academy.
- The referred student’s enrollment must be complete, including all required documents and payment of applicable tuition and fees.
- The referral reward is taxable income and may be subject to reporting requirements. Recipients are responsible for any tax obligations related to the reward.
- This program is subject to change or termination at the discretion of the Horizon Leadership Academy Board of Directors. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
- The program is void where prohibited by law.
Tracking and Accountability
- All referrals will be tracked in a dedicated system maintained by Horizon Leadership Academy administration.
- Discrepancies or disputes will be resolved by school administration, whose decisions are final.
- Regular reports on the program’s performance will be presented to the Board of Directors.
